For programming the candidate should have at least a couple years of experience in C or VBnet and at least 1 year of Silverlight programming experience The person should also have experience in creating ASPNET applications For GIS the candidate should have at least 2 years experience using ESRI ArcGIS suite of tools eg ArcMap ArcCatalog The person should have experience in writing python scripts for ArcGIS It would be preferred if the person has experience in publishing map services with ArcGIS
